2024 Pavek Cup and Joe Garassino '99 Foundation Fundraiser 

Rumsey Hall School held its annual Pavek Cup Hockey Tournament this past weekend, a cherished tradition within the school community. This year's tournament saw a heated competition, with Rumsey ultimately securing 3rd place. The coveted championship title was clinched by Rectory School, following an intense few games. Notably, Rumsey's standout players, Oliver Schemm and Uli Linn, earned recognition as All-Tournament Players for their exceptional skills on the ice.

Beyond the thrill of the competition, the event also served as a platform for philanthropy, as it doubled as a fundraiser for the Joe Garassino '99 Foundation. This foundation, dedicated to supporting those affected by cholangiocarcinoma and all cancers, embodies the spirit of resilience and hope, inspired by the late Joe Garassino. Through the collective efforts of the Rumsey community, a remarkable $2500 was raised over the weekend, underscoring our commitment to making a meaningful impact in the fight against cancer.
